Bookkeeping: Organising and recording financial transactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of income and expenses.

Preparing VAT Returns: Ensuring compliance with VAT regulations by accurately calculating and tracking VAT returns before sending to your accountant.

Financial Wellness Course: A comprehensive 6-week online course designed to equip entrepreneurs with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively track income and expenses, create budgets, manage cash flow, and achieve financial stability in their business endeavours.

This work is charged separately to VA services and is at a rate of €50 per hour ex VAT, minimum of 5 hours per month.

If you wish to incorporate these tasks into a Virtual Assistant hourly package, the hours used to work on these tasks will be deducted at this rate.

For example, if you are on a 10 hour package and want to use 5 hours on finance, these 5 hours will be charged at the Finance rate, rather than the VA rate.
